Coronavirus Contingency Plan

Over the last few weeks I've spent several hours on the phone with librarians and answering library e-mails regarding the 2020 Summer Reading Program. All we can do is guess where things will stand in June & July.

Many libraries are opting to have an online Summer Reading Program this year and have asked me if I can provide a virtual magic show. I'm working on one right now and although it's not going to be the same as having me there in person, I hope that it will be a fun, educational and beneficial program for libraries who are doing online programs.

I had considered doing a live ZOOM or Facebook Live magic show for libraries, but saw many problems. It seems like every live broadcast I've seen suffers from technical problems, bad lighting, poor sound quality and other glitches. I would rather offer a better-looking, more professional program, so here's what I've decided to do: I'm recording my Summer Reading Program magic show ("Magic, Myth & Mirth) and offering it to libraries at a ridiculously low price. I'll even do a custom introduction for your library. The show will include most of the tricks and routines I plan on doing in my live shows along with a couple of interactive tricks so that kids can actually be involved with the show. The show will be uploaded onto YouTube to allow you to link it to your website or Facebook page.

The price for the recorded show is $125. That fee is all-inclusive. There are no extra charges for the customized introduction. You may have the program on your website or Facebook page for as long as you wish.

I plan on recording the show this weekend, then it goes in for editing. I expect to have this ready for libraries by mid May.

If you think this program may be right for you, please give me a call or drop me an e-mail.

And above all...stay safe and stay healthy.
