Before I was a magician or a hypnotist, I was a father. My oldest daughter, Amberly has always made me proud; but never prouder than I was this weekend. Saturday afternoon I got to watch her walk across the stage and accept her diploma from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. She has her B.A. in Elementary Education and some school (and students) will be SO lucky to have her. She's kind, gentle, funny, compassionate and smart.
But I don't think the story is going to end here. My other daughter, Olivia is currently in college majoring in music education. How blessed am I to have two daughters who are going into such a noble profession?
I promise that I'll get back to talking about the Summer Reading Program in my next entry, but right now I just needed to share my happiness with you!
