Well, actually it's a little more than a week. I ordered a large shipment of new magic INCLUDING some things for the 2018 Summer Reading Program and I've received notification that they're going to be delivered TOMORROW! I still get a little giddy when I'm waiting for packages to arrive. One of the tricks being delivered is what I hope will be the Grand Finale to the "Libraries Rock" Summer Reading Program show. Every year I spend hundreds, if not thousands of dollars putting together a new show for libraries and this year is no exception.
After the new tricks arrive, I begin working on my own unique way of presenting them. Once I have that down, it's time for rehearsals and working out any bugs that might pop up.
